Connect on LinkedInWhat Is Base Camp
A one-day summer camp for women. Show up with a maybe. Leave with a plan you can work on Monday. Not a conference. Not a retreat. A day of camp for you.
Who Base Camp Is For
It's been in your notes app for a year.
Something's next. You can't name it yet.
The plan and the tools, in one day.
Your people, in the same room.
The Whole Point
Sally's morning session ends with your current stage named and written down. Not vibes. On paper.
The build session runs your idea through Midnight Sprint. You leave with a name, positioning, and a prompt package you can hand to any tool or team.
One concrete action you commit to before you leave. Camp that doesn't survive the weekend was just a nice Saturday.
6 to 8 women who heard your plan out loud and will notice if you go quiet on it.
The Day
Grab your name tag and pick the color of your bandana - your bandana picks your cabin, and your cabin is your crew for the day. Early Bird sign-ups pick up their Base Camp tee. Sit with your cabin. Then grab a snack: homemade brown sugar swirls, mini banana and apple muffins, sausage rolls, coffee, coconut water, and sparkling water. Our surprise DJ is on the decks from the first minute.
Welcome from your camp leads and a quick look at how the day unfolds.
Every cabin takes a group photo and picks a cabin name together. Your crew, your flag, your identity for the day.
Before anything starts, you write a letter to yourself about what you're building today and why you're here. We collect them and mail them back to you in 4-6 weeks. It lands when you need it most.
Coaching pods with Sally Revell. Your cabin works your idea live, not a lecture.
Homemade lunch by Chef Therese - white rice, meatball stir fry, channa paneer butter masala, slaw, Caesar salad, and popsicle ice cream bars. Sit with your cabin.
Powered by Midnight Sprint, fueled by Midnight Sprint snacks and afternoon Chex party mix. Every camper leaves with a named idea, positioning, and a buildable plan. Take it to a vibe coding tool, a dev team, or your own next step. Take-home Hello Robin cookies waiting at your cabin.
S'mores cookies and good company. Pin your build to the camp build wall.
Everyone pulls out a phone and fills out the two-minute camp survey before you leave. Rate the day, tell us the best part, tell us what to fix. We do it here, together, not at home.

The Build Wall
Made anything at Base Camp, in Lovable, Replit, Cursor, or any other vibe coding tool? Drop the link on the camp build wall so everyone can see what your cabin shipped.
2:45 PM · Before you leave
Fill out the camp report card before dismissal. Two minutes, right here at camp.
Take the camp survey →Camp Toolbox
You don't need either of these to come to camp. If you want to build during the afternoon session, make an account ahead of time so you're not doing signup paperwork while everyone else is building.
Powered by Midnight Sprint, the build session's secret weapon. Run a sprint right there at camp - free, once. Use the code below when you sign up.
The Handoff Prompts
When you want something to show people today
I have given you all the requirements and documentation about my product. Use the zip files and the PDF to use the same branding guidelines and build out my whole product. I want to demo it, so do not create any authentication for it because I want to demo it with everyone. Build out all the features and build out the whole product so that I can review it and showcase it.
When you're building the real thing
I have given you all the requirements and documentation about my product. Use the zip file, md file and the PDF to build out my whole product with all the features. Use the same branding guidelines in the attached documents and build out my whole product with the correct messaging, look and feel and branding. Build out all the features and make sure that you are 100% thorough. I want this built out in the most thoughtful way where we are not missing steps and not missing functionalities.

Base Camp is hosted at SURF Incubator, the downtown Seattle home for founders building the next thing. They gave us the room. We're bringing the campfire.
