Base Camp is a one-day summer camp for women. Show up with a maybe. Leave with a plan you can work on Monday. One Saturday to name where you are, decide where you're going, and build the first step before you leave. Not a conference. Not a retreat. A day of camp for you.

Sally's morning session ends with your current stage named and written down. Not vibes. On paper.

The build session runs your idea through Midnight Sprint. You leave with a name, positioning, and a prompt package you can hand to any tool or team.

One concrete action you commit to before you leave. Camp that doesn't survive the weekend was just a nice Saturday.

Executive coach for AI and tech leaders, and a former Google Cloud and AWS exec. Sally runs the morning coaching session and helps you name where you are before you decide where you're going.

Founder of She Ships SaaS and Midnight Sprint, and product operations and AI transformation leader at UL Solutions, a global safety science company. 150+ builders have shipped 80+ products at her events. She runs the afternoon build session so you leave with a plan you can build.

Cabins rotate through 4 stations and earn real merit badges: pitch your idea in 60 seconds, teach someone one thing you know, trade a skill with a stranger, cabin photo.

Powered by Midnight Sprint. Every camper leaves with a named idea, positioning, and a buildable plan. Take it to a vibe coding tool, a dev team, or your own next step.

S'mores board, campfire mocktails, and The Future You Booth. Pick up the camp phone and leave a voicemail for future you about what you started today, or write her a letter by hand. We make sure it finds you.
